How do I use the calendar on Home?

The calendar at the top of Home shows your week at a glance. Each day carries small coloured dots for the tasks due that day, so you can spot a busy or overdue day before you open anything. Pick a day and Home lists just the tasks due then.
The dots mean:
- Red: overdue
- Amber: due
- Blue: in progress
- Grey: done
See this week
- Sign in at viamone.com. Home opens first.
- The seven tiles across the top are this week, Monday to Sunday. Today, or the day you picked, is tinted blue.
- Click a day to list only the tasks due that day.
- To return to the full list, click today's tile or Back to this week ›.
See the whole month
- On the right of Home, find the Calendar card. It shows the whole month with the same coloured dots.
- Click any day to list that day's tasks.
- Click This week on the card to go back.
Under the month you may see After this week: with a count and dates. These are tasks due later, which Home doesn't list until you pick their day.
See this week
- Open the ViamOne app. Home opens first.
- The row of day tiles under the title is your week. Today, or the day you picked, is tinted.
- Swipe the row left to see next week, or right to see last week. The list below doesn't change until you tap a day.
See the whole month
- Find the small grey bar just under the week.
- Pull it down, or tap it, to open the whole month. The day names show on the first row.
- Swipe left or right to move a month at a time.
- Tap a day. Home lists that day's tasks and the month folds back to that week.
Go back to this week
After you pick a day, a chip under the calendar shows the date and how many items are due. Tap the chip, or tap today's tile, to see everything again.
What the list shows
Without a day picked, Home groups your open tasks as Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This week and No date. On the phone, a task due within the next few hours also appears at the top under Now, with a countdown. Tasks due after this week stay out of the list until you pick their day on the calendar.
When you pick a day, birthdays and other celebrations are hidden so you see only that day's tasks.
Tip: A dot on a day far ahead is often a renewal ViamOne found for you. Tap the day to see what it is.
Didn't work?
I picked a day and the list says nothing is due
That day has dots only for tasks already done, or no open tasks at all. Grey dots are finished tasks, which aren't listed for a picked day. Done tasks are under done this month at the bottom of Home.
A task I added doesn't show on the calendar
Only tasks with a deadline get a dot. Open the task and set a deadline, then look again. See How do I add, complete and get reminded about tasks?.
I can't swipe between weeks on the web
On the web, the strip always shows this week. Use the Calendar card on the right to look at other days and months.
