How do I get ViamOne on my phone?

The ViamOne app puts your vault in your pocket. You can scan documents with the camera, get reminders as notifications, and ask ViamOne questions wherever you are. It's the same vault you see at viamone.com, so anything you add on one shows up on the other.
Download the app
- Open the App Store listing for ViamOne on your iPhone, or search the App Store for "ViamOne".
- Tap Get and wait for it to install.
- Open ViamOne from your home screen.
- Open the Google Play listing for ViamOne on your phone, or search Google Play for "ViamOne".
- Tap Install and wait for it to finish.
- Open ViamOne from your apps.
Tip: On a computer, go to viamone.com and scroll to Get the app. Point your phone's camera at the QR code for your phone to open the right store.
Sign in
- On the sign-in screen, enter the Email and Password for your ViamOne account.
- Tap Sign in.
- If you've turned on two-step sign-in, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and tap Verify.

Note: The app signs in with email and password only. If you created your account with Continue with Google on the web, set a password first. See I can't sign in. What do I do?.
Find your way around
The app has four tabs along the bottom:
- Home: your week, tasks, notes and anything that needs you. The + button adds a task or note, scans a document or uploads a file.
- Vault: all your documents and folders.
- Ask: ask questions about your documents.
- More: your family, plan and billing, security and settings.
Lock the app
Your phone may be shared or borrowed, so you can make ViamOne ask for a PIN every time it opens.
- Tap More, then Security.
- Tap Turn on App Lock.
- Choose a 4-digit PIN, then enter it once more.
- If your phone supports it, switch on Unlock with Face ID (iPhone) or Unlock with Biometric unlock (Android).
- Under Require after, choose how long ViamOne can stay in the background before it locks again.
Security: Install ViamOne only from the App Store or Google Play. Before you give a phone away or sell it, tap More, then Sign out.
Didn't work?
My email and password aren't accepted in the app
Check you're using the same email you signed up with. If you've forgotten the password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. See I can't sign in. What do I do?.
The app says "Couldn't reach ViamOne"
Your phone isn't connected right now. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.
Links in ViamOne emails open in the browser instead of the app
Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. On Android, you may see a bar saying This opens in the ViamOne app with an Open button. Tap it.
